DOUBLE PLODDER MACHINE (SINGLE WARM)

AUTOMATIC SOAP CUTTING & STAMPING MACHINE

The automatic soap cutting and stamping machine is used to cut soap bar from the plodder, Cut the soap to billets and stamp the necessary logo. In order to manufacture these machines we obtain components from reputed vendors like pneumatic components are obtained from Festo/SMC , conveyors from Chorino and geared motors are bought from Bonfiglioli.

• The primary cutter cut the bars from the plodder at equal repeat lengths.
• The cutting system works based on the position of the sensor.
• The machine is provided with a cutting frame to cut the bars.
• The trimming waste is taken out by a conveyor and fed to the inclined belt conveyor for cutting waste recycling.
• All the pneumatic components are FESTO / SMC make.

• The machine is designed with the flexibility for quick change over system between pack sizes.

Washing Powder Machine has like a two different types :

• Mixing arm ‘F’ type
• Ribbon blender

Ribbon blenders constructed with solid U trough fitted with double helical agitator provides effective mix of different powder and liquid materials. The design of the blender ensures complete mix of all the particles leaving no unmixed spots.

• Bottom discharge is made of Specially Hydraulic system.The discharge may be directly connected with screw conveyors for further applications like filling or grinding
• Top of the blender will be covered with SS sheets or Polycarbonate windows

• The blender is constructed with 'U' trough made of SS/MS material.

The machine is designed for sieving lump less and free flowing powder with the help of two beater blades fitted with clamp on square shaft inside the dome of machine, which is fitted inside with removable slit hole Cage sieve. Over size port is provided for taking out excess feed and over size material. Machine dome is fitted with removal folding panel. Fabricated from S.S. and fitted with clamp on square shaft supported with help of Spherical roller Bearing and Bearing Block. Made by perforation of 1.25 mm. thick stainless steel sheet having slit hole size: 4mm x 20 mm. The square shaft of cage mill is driven through Pulley & Belt arrangement.
